Grip Adapter Installation
Before you start any work on any weapon make sure that it is unloaded, the magazine is removed, and there is no ammunition in the room you are working in. Check it twice. Be safe.
- The factory roll pin is likely to be a tight fit. You will need a punch or tool of appropriate size to drive out the roll pin.

2. The tool should be slightly smaller than the pin itself, roughly 1/16 inch or slightly smaller.

3. Place the weapon on a flat surface, with a pad of some sort under the frame so you do not mar the weapon’s finish.

4. You will want a space under the frame where the pin is located so that it has space to move out of the frame as you drive it out.

5. Drive the factory roll pin out from right to left as you hold the weapon in a normal shooting position.

6. Slide the Grip Adapter into place over the beavertail, aligning the roll pin hole with the hole in the frame.

7. Select the C.C. Mouser stainless steel roll pin included with your purchase. Note that the Mini version includes a shorter pin than the Full Length version to match the adapter’s width.

8. Drive the new pin into place from left to right until it is flush or slightly recessed on both sides.

9. Confirm that the adapter is secure and does not interfere with the weapon’s operation before loading.
