HOW QUICKLY CAN YOU ANSWER MY QUESTION?

We try to reply within 24 hours to emails in the order they are received. There may be delays on weekends due to “range days,” or during the occasional short vacation we take. Those delays should not be more than two or three days at the maximum.

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?

We process orders as quickly as we can and we try to limit our sales to stock on hand, so that once you place an order, you don’t have to wait weeks or it to be made. If your order has not been packed and a shipping label purchased, we will happily change the address. If the label has been created, then it can slow your order down up to two days while we correct that and obtain a new label. Once your order has left our shop, there is nothing we can do about address changes or corrections.
